Cancellation; We understand that life sometimes gets in the way of our travel plans. We try to accommodate these changes for you with grace. But, please understand cancellations affect us greatly. With this in mind please be aware of our policies before you book.
We need a minimum of two weeks to cancel a reservation. If we are able to rebook the reserved room a 50% refund may be issued. After two weeks we are unable to issue any refunds.
No refunds will be issued for early checkouts.
If you are booking through an online travel channel, such as Booking.com, or other related travel booking engines. You will receive that channels cancelation policy.
